Remove of excess dirt, if necessary.

Supply and install of pump, filter, white light, handrail, pole, brush, test kit, skimmer net, electrical service with permits, inspections, watertight fixtures including: pump switch, light switch, outlet, automatic pool timer, electrical panel, full bonding of pool and equipment.

Rough grading of property includes removal of large ruts. Not finished grading, not ready for seed or sod.
